Jami Dolby has a passion for the St. Louis community and highlighting all the good things it has to offer. Throughout her professional career, Dolby has worked connecting ideas, people and cultures in the corporate, sports and entertainment sector while keeping her commitment to the non profit sector. Jami has over a decade of of experience in consulting with corporations, business owners and entertainer connecting them through ideas, people a cultures.
In 2020 Dolby launched Kazi Society a collaborative work space with a full service podcasting studio in St. Louis, MO. In attention to her consulting and business ventures, Jami remains committed to giving back to her community. Jami worked in sports radio for over 10 years and continues to use her voice through hosting various podcasts and hosting corporate events Throughout her career Dolby has worked with Fortune 500 companies, Super Bowl Champions, and Grammy & Oscar winners.
Dolby has volunteered its several organizations in St. Louis including The Girl Scout Council where she holds a lifetime membership and serves as board chair for Delux Cares. She also is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, The Association of Fundraising Professionals and Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce. Jami is also a part of the current cohort of Focus Impact Fellows focused on workforce development in the region. Dolby made history in 2018 after becoming the first African American on the ballot for City Council in Chesterfield. Dolby is a past recipient of the Young Leaders Award from the St. Louis American. She has served as an Ambassador for the Lupus Foundation of America - Heartland chapter and continues to be an active volunteer with her son's school. Jami most recently served as a Director of Development for Maryville University before leaving her position to go full time with her business ventures KAZI Society and Suite Ballentine
